I like to keep my edges interesting by leaving some white space.
You could choose to do this the same way or you could tape your paper to give you a clean straight edge.
It is easy to play with this painting. not only different colours, but different landscapes too.

We are going to spent all day on Sunday 7th Oct Painting beautiful landscapes.
And you don't need any experience at all! ... but if you do, that's great... there is still going to be lots of juicey painting that you will love too.
Starting at 10am at The Collaboration Pop Up, 12-14 Devon Street, New Plymouth.
I will breifly introduce the materials and get you comfortable with painting in watercolour through a simple exercise.
We will have a light lunch. Look at our works and consider our final pieces...
